At AeroPress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
